Engineering Extended Orientation

The Chevron Engineering Transfer Program (through the CREATE initiative) is a multi-day program for transfer students who are newly admitted to engineering disciplines at Mississippi State University. The program is held in the summer prior to attending MSU. Students will complete an extended orientation to the Bagley College of Engineering and have the opportunity to develop critical academic skills to be successful in common classes taken as third-year engineering students. Students will interact with engineering faculty and transfer students currently enrolled in engineering. There is NO cost to participate, and participants receive on-campus housing, peer mentoring, some meals, and more.
